Five Ways Gratitude Changed My Life

1) It helped me to ground into the present moment by focusing on what I already had. It made me feel that the opportunities for the future were limitless.

2) It meant I chose to focus on the positive things rather than the negative things, and that in itself shifted my mindset from lack to abundance.

3) Starting my day with a few things I am grateful for, set me up for a good day from the get go. It was then easier to deal with whatever came my way.

4) It built my confidence, motivation, and momentum. When you focus on gratitude you are always succeeding, improving, or learning.

5) I learnt that we attract the energy we give out, and gratitude is one the highest vibrational states we can ever be in. The results spoke for themselves. My life flowed, and I attracted positive experiences with ease.
